CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 48 hours prior notice for cancellations for a full refund minus a 3% service charge.
We charge a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking time.
WEATHER POLICY
Hawaii weather is usually amazing, but of course when you’re on an island in the middle of the Pacific, things can sometimes be unpredictable. If rain is in the forecast, you can -
Cancel with a full refund. Cancellations must be made before we start your setup. Setup times start 2 to 3 hours before your booking time.
Reschedule. If we have another date available that works in your schedule, then we can try again!
Keep your booking and enjoy Hawaii’s famous “liquid sunshine.”
IF YOU CHOOSE TO WEATHER IT OUT
We reserve the right to move your start time forward or backwards up to one hour as we can not setup in active rain or lightning.
We reserve the right to move your booking to a different location to avoid the rain.
We reserve the right to break down your cabana at any time when rain, high winds, or thunderstorms are approaching. We want to make sure you, your guests, and our employees are safe!
If winds start to blow pretty hard, we ask that you lower the cabanas and umbrellas to ensure that the equipment doesn’t break!
If it starts raining during your setup, text us at (808) 862-2338 to let us know that you are ready to leave. It may take us up to an hour (usually less) to arrive for pickup. Do not leave the cabanas before we arrive. You will be liable for lost or stolen items.
Just remember that once your cabanas and other rentals are all set up, we can’t offer a refund.
HIGH WINDS
We ask that you keep the cabanas & umbrellas lowered during periods of high winds and require you to also lower them when you leave.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
Standard delivery and pickup hours are 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. If we are unable to pick up at the scheduled time, an additional charge of $75/hour will be automatically added to your credit card.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all rental items have been cleared of all items. All rental items should be accessible, ready for pickup at the time indicated on rental reservation contract and left in the location the pieces were delivered to, devoid of any decor and obstacles.
Should you choose to leave early, you must contact us via text at (808) 862-2338 at least one hour prior and have a responsible party wait until we arrive to pick up your cabana suite before leaving. Do not leave the rentals unattended as it is the Clientʻs responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Client agrees that photography from their event can be used for Company’s promotional purposes.
DAMAGES
We understand accidents happen. Please contact us immediately if an item is compromised in any way; so we can assess the damages, send experienced staff, and attempt to rectify the issue. Our team will thoroughly examine and photo document all rental inventory at time of pickup.
If rental item(s) are damaged including, but not limited to; broken, stained, ripped, missing, altered, etc at time of pickup, Company will document the issues and submit an invoice to the client regarding to the extent of the damage(s) and/or missing items. We will first attempt to repair and/or clean the item ourselves; however, if the piece is beyond restoration and needs to be removed from inventory, Company will assess the value at the current rental industry standard of five times the rental rate per the client’s rental invoice or the actual replacement cost. The person(s) listed on the Rental Agreement contract will be held responsible to pay for the repair of damages, cleaning or total replacement cost of the rental item(s).
